US-facing lottery broker and information portal Lottery.com has reshuffled its senior management team with a series of new appointments.
Ryan Dickinson has moved into the role of chief financial officer and president while Katie Lever will serve as chief operating officer and chief legal officer and Matt Clemenson as chief revenue officer.
William Thompson was also appointed as chair of the business’ audit committee.
Dickinson, who will oversee finance, technology, product and development in his new role, has been with Lottery.com since 2018, serving as president and chief operating officer.
His replacement, Lever, will assume responsibility for legal, compliance, risk management, human resources, government relations, investor relations and project management. She takes on the new role after a short spell as chief legal officer at the business.
Meanwhile, Clemenson will now oversee B2B sales and affiliate account management. He co-founded Lottery.com with Tony DiMatteo and was serving as chief commercial officer until the reshuffle, while he also had a spell as president from 2015 to 2019.
Thompson is a partner, chief administrative officer and senior managing director at Siebert Williams Shank & Co, an investment banking business. He also twice served as comptroller of the City of New York, overseeing the fifth largest public pension fund in the US.
“We welcome Bill and are honoured to have an individual of his talent and calibre join our board. With his deep financial and governmental experience in both the private and public sectors, our entire organisation will benefit from his leadership,” Lottery.com chief executive and chairman Tony DiMatteo said.
“The promotions of Ryan, Katie and Matt are important components in the implementation of our long-term strategy and will optimise Lottery.com’s structure for the future. We believe Ryan is a crucial player in the ongoing build-out of our financial team.
“I am excited to continue working with this talented leadership team and building on the success we have achieved together.”
