Affiliate giant Gentoo Media has rebranded its site compliance SaaS tool in the wake of its recent name change and split from the GiG B2B platform business.

GiG Comply, already used by many programmes to protect their brands from non-compliant marketing activity by automating the process of checking affiliate sites, will now be known as Sitebee.

Head of Sitebee, Rasmus Bank Nielsen, said the name change amounted to more than a rebrand. “It’s a renewed commitment to our partners and the industry. Compliance doesn’t stand still, and neither do we”, he said.

The real-time page monitoring solution is used by brand programmes including Bet365, Betsson, Betway, Betano owner Kaizen Group, Merkur, Novibet, Paf and Rootz, to ensure the regulatory compliance of their affiliates across multiple markets.

Sitebee parent Gentoo completed its full legal separation from Gaming Innovation Group’s B2B platform business in early October 2024, and is now trading under the G2M ticker on the Oslo Stock Exchange and as G2MSEK on Nasdaq Stockholm.

The Jonas Warrer-helmed business teed up its independence with a unbroken sequence of 14 quarter of unbroken revenue growth to €30.3m in Q2 with adjusted EBITDA of €14.8m.
