The Milton Keynes-based affiliate marketing agency, which runs the the Superfreebingo.com and Superfreeslotgames.com sites among others, will now fall under the Good Engine umbrella.
The new owner said it hoped the purchase will help create a next-gen affiliate marketing business powered by AI.
The acquisition is part of Good Engine’s broader strategy to leverage its technology across various platforms and sectors, ensuring it stays at the forefront of innovation in the affiliate marketing industry.
Good Engine’s first product was Good Choice, is a mobile search and comparison engine which was built around AI.
“The deal will enhance the personalised service that Little Star clients value, alongside the highest standards of compliance,” a Good Engine advisor said in a statement.
“Both teams have worked closely to ensure a smooth transition,” the advisor went on to add. “This combination of AI and industry expertise will set a new standard for the sector.”
Little Star Media's corporate website has now closed and now links over to the Good Engine site.
Rob Lawrence, Good Engine CEO, remarked: “The acquisition represents a game-changing moment in the affiliate marketing world.

Last month, Little Star Media CEO Kylie Pulling announced that she was stepping down after working her way up from a marketing assistant in 2008.
“I am profoundly grateful for the support, collaboration, and friendships that have shaped my time at Little Star Media,” said Pulling in her statement on LinkedIn. “The moments we’ve shared and the milestones we’ve achieved together will always hold a special place in my heart.”
