Following the success of the 2024 LeadHERship Program—which achieved a 90 NPS and helped participants boost confidence, resilience, and reduce imposter syndrome—this new program expands with two cohorts: one for women and another open to all genders.
The program builds on its predecessor’s proven curriculum, focusing on emotional intelligence, self-advocacy and radical candor. It features eight modules, growth tracking, and a supportive community.
