Tech-driven affiliate Already Media has bought Live Casino Comparer for an undisclosed sum.
Founded by Neil Walker (below) in 2014 and backed by a team with over 30 years of casino experience, Live Casino Comparer is a review site focused on the live dealer niche. In addition to running an SEO-led affiliate platform and a YouTube channel with more than two million views, Walker recently launched a Reddit forum as part of the brand’s player retention strategy, as revealed in an exclusive iGB Affiliate interview.
Commenting on the acquisition, Walker said he “couldn’t be more excited to begin this new chapter” with the Already Media team, who will “bring the technical and operational firepower” needed for the brand to scale globally. He will remain involved as both an advisor and an active part of the content team, helping to grow Live Casino Comparer’s presence across both B2C and B2B channels.
“I took the site and brand as far as I wanted to on my own, but have always seen the huge potential it had. Fortunately, Already Media could see that too, and I'm super excited now to help them build out the site and brand to realise its full potential,” Walker added.
Brokered by Corfai, the specialist M&A advisory founded by Ben Robinson, the deal was finalised in just two weeks. Robinson congratulated both companies and added that “this swift, strategic deal shows how Corfai helps exceptional founders realise their exceptional exit”.

Already Media bought PokerListings from Acroud last year and has since migrated it to a new platform, entered new regions and built a community around the brand. The company also recently announced a partnership with the igaming professional learning platform 15M.
