We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager to drive the future of our Affiliation Cloud platform.

You'll define the product vision and strategy, provide leadership and guidance, act as a subject matter expert, and ensure effective coordination throughout the product development lifecycle. You will work closely with key business stakeholders to increase innovation, time to market, product success, and customer satisfaction, strengthening our position in the market.

- You are prepared to meet deliverables, remain on top of all daily project activities, assess changes and risk management, and do so while managing multiple internal stakeholders.

- You are a team player who is comfortable working with developers, product managers, engineering leaders, and DevOps engineers to ensure the release of new features and the successful launch of new products.
- You are comfortable working in a hybrid, fast-paced, remote-first environment.



As a Technical Product Manager, you are expected to:

Define product vision and strategy by setting the overall vision for the product, considering industry insights, market trends, customer needs, and business goals.
Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and development teams to gather requirements and prioritize them based on business value, feasibility, and technical constraints.
Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the product’s timeline, milestones, and features, ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering teams, product designers, marketing, and sales, to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the product development lifecycle and features launch.
Conduct market and competitive analysis by monitoring market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities, anticipate market changes, and make informed product decisions.
Act as the liaison between leadership and the engineering team, communicating both visions through regular updates. Conduct user research to identify and refine the best product-market fit, balancing customer and product-led growth strategies.
Act as the Product Owner for the software engineering team.
Define and prioritize product requirements. Populate and groom the product development backlog, creating detailed Epics and User Stories
Stay ahead of the curve of industry trends in the affiliate performance marketing and sub-affiliation space.

REQUIREMENTS


Significant experience as Product Manager or Technical Product Manager in the Affiliation Marketing and iGaming industry
Excellent communication and execution skills, with a sharp focus on detail and passion for making things happen.
Deep understanding of core online advertising revenue models (CPM, CPC, CPA), as well as traffic channels, including email, display, social, PPV, search, mobile, etc.
A solid technical background with hands-on experience in one or more modern programming languages and relational databases and an in-depth understanding of the software development lifecycle
Experience in building a SaaS product and working with product development in a SaaS company is considered a strong plus
Fluent in English, both written and verbal
