About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and sales-driven Publishing Account Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in managing our relationships with publishers, optimizing marketing materials, and driving our business forward.
Responsibilities
Manage key publisher communications and updates to achieve reach, revenue, and KPI targets
Monitor and analyze performance metrics of website content and publisher performance
Structure and negotiate high-value deals with iGaming industry publishers
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
Build and maintain strong business relationships with partners
Stay current with industry trends, market activities, and competitors
Collaborate with the commercial team to build and close a robust client portfolio
Formalize collaboration agreements and support partner onboarding for faster activation
Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, International Relations, International Business, or Communications (preferred)
Minimum of 3 years of experience with Mobile Agencies or Publishers in the iGaming industry
Extensive knowledge of affiliation and MMPs platforms (e.g., Appsflyer, Affise, MyAffiliates, Income Access)
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
Strong sales-driven mindset with excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
Proficient in networking and building B2B relationships
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and numerical analysis
Fluency in both written and spoken English
Enthusiastic, approachable, and possess a “can-do” attitude
Ability to work well under pressure and demonstrate resilience
Detail-oriented and committed to continuous learning
