Key Responsibilities

Manage the workflow of all production, ensuring all parties deliver against their respective critical paths
Responsible for creative briefs and that they’re delivered on time and to a good standard
Manage all creative requests across the Group
In charge of seeing projects through from concept development to production & delivery. Daily/Weekly schedule updates - communicating changes to stakeholders and teams
Assigning work to relevant creative team members
Organise and lead resource planning meetings to resolve any issues/changes that might affect delivery
Organise regular catch ups with designers to ensure work is progressing and removing any potential barriers
Supporting the team with pre-production research for campaign concepts. Compiling proposal decks to support the Creative Management Team
Assist with onboarding and recruitment of new team members, and contractors
Although your role is primarily project managing, you should show an interest in the creative process and its outcome.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience

Proven commercial experience working in cross-functional teams as a Traffic Manager, Studio Manager or Production Manager
Have a strong understanding of how creative studios work optimally
Marketing/Digital/Tech experience within an operational role
Experience of using workflow management tools such as Monday.com
Organisational, time-management and administration skills, to ensure that resources are allocated and planned correctly and efficiently.
You will be comfortable working with a mixture of strong personalities and be confident at presenting and running meetings
Adaptability and readiness to work with varying and changing needs and overlapping deadlines You will be a proactive and flexible individual who has a good eye for detail, a team player, and an ability to work calmly under pressure
Strong computer skills, Mac based
Knowledge of video and design formats
Good understanding of Sports / Betting or Gaming
