Scope of the job:
As an Affiliate and Content Coordinator (English speaking), your role will involve establishing and maintaining a centralised database for operator data, handling requests from the affiliate, product, and other teams, and supporting the Content Quality Specialists (CQS) team in their daily work.
You will work closely with various teams to ensure the accuracy and quality of content, aiming to enhance our sports betting content across our English and German-language portals and improve our conversion funnels.
Your Challenge:
These include managing and streamlining operator data, efficiently handling affiliate requests, searching for new offers we could promote, and supporting the CQS team to ensure our content stands out in the competitive sports betting and casino verticals.
A taster of what you will be doing:
Operator Database Management:
Establish and maintain a centralised database for all operator data.
Ensure the database is continuously updated with accurate information.
Initiate the creation of the operator database from scratch if necessary.
Handling Affiliate Requests:
Address all affiliate requests promptly and efficiently.
Conduct thorough research on operators, bonuses, terms and conditions, and other relevant information to fulfil affiliate requests.
Ensure the accuracy of all provided information before dissemination to affiliates or other teams.
Support for Content Quality Specialists:
Assist the CQS team by handling research tasks that are time-consuming but essential for maintaining content quality.
Collaborate with CQS to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency in our workflow.
Liaison with Affiliate Managers and Website Coordinators:
Maintain regular communication with Affiliate Managers and Coordinators to understand their needs and requirements.
Collaborate closely with Website Coordinators to ensure timely updates and optimisations for our conversion funnels.
Act as a bridge between different teams to facilitate smooth workflow and effective coordination.
Who are you and what you need to succeed:
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. German will be a huge plus.
3+ years of experience within the iGaming industry.
Knowledge and interest of the sports betting and casino markets, particularly operators, current trends, and legislation.
Good communication skills for collaboration with other departments (developers, designers, affiliates, product team).
Proficiency in WordPress.
Basic SEO knowledge and understanding of SEO tools.
Experience in the UK and DACH markets is an asset.
Previous content strategist or coordinator experience is a plus.
Strong research skills related to our product topics.

Staying updated with market trends, legislation, and industry changes ensures our content remains competitive and relevant.
Effective Database Management: Successfully establish, maintain, and continuously update a centralised operator database with accurate and comprehensive information. Utilising data analysis to identify trends and gaps in the database, ensuring it remains a valuable resource.
Proactive Collaboration and Communication: Establishing and maintaining strong communication channels with Affiliate Managers, Website Coordinators, and other stakeholders. Using data insights to support timely updates, optimisations, and smooth coordination across teams.
Timely and Organized Delivery: Consistently delivering tasks and projects promptly and organised. Using project management tools and data analysis to support the overall efficiency and productivity of the team, ensuring smooth and effective workflow.
