What we expect of you?
Perform thorough quality assurance testing on content-related projects, including but not limited to websites, applications, multimedia content, and digital products.
Develop and execute technical projects that are related to content only.
Identify, document, and prioritize defects, bugs, and inconsistencies, utilizing established tracking systems.
Collaborate closely with content creators, developers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure alignment on quality standards.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance QA processes, tools, and methodologies within the Content Department.
Provide timely and constructive feedback to improve the overall quality and user experience of our content offerings.
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of QA documentation, including test plans, test cases, and testing procedures.
What we’re after
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Excellent English language skills.
Proven experience of 2 years in Quality Assurance testing, preferably within a content-focused environment.
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for ensuring the highest level of quality and user satisfaction.
Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and web technologies is desirable.
