• Experience of 2+ years as a CFO in the gambling and betting industry; • Knowledge of specifics of Curaçao, Cyprus and Hong Kong jurisdictions in the context of financial activities (taxation), experience of working with foreign legal entities; • Higher education in finance, accounting or economics; • Strong understanding of accounting, financial analysis and planning; • Knowledge of international financial reporting standards (IFRS); • Skills in team management and strategic decision making; • English at a level sufficient for business negotiations and documentation; • CAP/CIPA, CPA, ACCA, etc. diplomas (or in the process of training).
What to do:
• Developing and implementing the company’s financial strategy; • Conducting market and competitive analyses to identify financial opportunities; • Creating and tracking budgets, including monthly, quarterly and annual planning; • Monitoring financial flows and liquidity; • Optimising tax liabilities in accordance with the laws of each jurisdiction; • Preparing and presenting financial statements in accordance with the legal requirements of each jurisdiction; • Ensuring financial transparency to regulators and internal stakeholders; • Developing and implementing gambling and betting risk management strategies; • Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in each jurisdiction; • Organising internal and external financial audits; • Ensuring financial transactions comply with accounting standards.
