Develop technical strategy/project documentation.
Hire, manage, and mentor the technical team.
Choose technologies and tools for the project.
Ensure the technical quality of the product.
Keep up with new technologies and trends in the IT world.
Work closely with other departments within the company.
Identify potential risks for the project and develop plans for their elimination.
