Your responsibilities will be:
Team Leadership: Oversee a department, ensuring the smooth operation of all freelancer-related activities.
Process Optimization: Continuously assess and optimize workflows to improve efficiency and the quality of outputs.
Freelancer Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire lifecycle of freelancers on the platform, from hiring and training to performance evaluation and termination.
Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain high standards of product quality and manage the KPIs related to cancel rates and product quality rates.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on department performance, including KPIs, challenges, and areas for improvement, to senior management

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
Freelancer Management: Expertise in managing the full lifecycle of freelancers, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution.
Leadership & Management: Ability to manage and lead a team of 12 subordinates, including 2 sub-TLs.
Quality Assurance: Strong understanding of quality metrics, particularly in writing and editing, to ensure high product quality rates.
Process Optimization: Experience in identifying inefficiencies in workflows and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
Data Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing data related to writer performance, product quality, and other KPIs, and using this data to drive decisions.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with freelancers, team members, and other stakeholders.
