As Jr Affiliate Manager

We are looking for an ambitious individual with a passion for Sales and a genuine interest in affiliate marketing to start a career in the role of Jr Affiliate Manager.
Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and executing strategies for B2B affiliations in iGaming, including partnerships with operators, software providers, and stakeholders.
Collaborate with clients to leverage networks, secure referrals, and build relationships with decision-makers and influencers.
Maintain listings and enhance visibility on Revpanda’s platforms, coordinating marketing efforts targeted at B2B audiences.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities and support optimization of the affiliate program.
Conduct market research to identify quality services in iGaming and assist in onboarding new partnerships.
Support the organization of marketing activities with partners after agreement signing to maximize collaboration.
Requirements:
Understanding of affiliate program creation and optimization.
Ability to identify and develop partnerships that align with the strengths and needs of both parties.
Strong analytical skills.
Proficient in English (spoken, reading, and writing).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach.
Experience communicating via different channels on daily basis
Self-discipline and can-do, curious and positive attitude; high stress-resistance
Strong communication and a passion for sales, account management and relationship-building
Fluency in business etiquette
Experience in affiliation, marketing, sales is a plus
Experience with CRM systems and Excel is a plus
Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Development or a related field is considered a plus
Experience within the iGaming industry is seen as an advantage
