Description:

The networks we create help shoppers make smarter decisions about the products they want to buy. We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Head of Online Gaming Partnerships to join our growing team in Tel Aviv.

The successful candidate will be required to:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Online Gaming Partnership Managers.
Set clear performance goals and provide regular feedback to ensure team success.
Design and implement the gaming partnership strategy in alignment with overall company goals.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partners through outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
Define and monitor KPIs for partnerships and team performance.
Work closely with the Product and Marketing teams to develop campaigns that align with partnership objectives.
Advance and establish new opportunities with existing relationships and define revenue opportunities
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in the online gaming industry in partnership management, customer success, business development, affiliate management, sales position, and account management.
Proven managerial experience in a complex team or department (2+ years), including decision-making and direct responsibility for high budgets.
Experience in the UK gaming market – MUST
Strong understanding of the gaming ecosystem, including trends, technologies, and competitive landscape.
Experience developing new markets and go-to-market strategies, including leading in such planning.
Excellent analytical skills
Outstanding relationship-building and negotiation skills
Experience working with C level managers – advantage
Native English speaker or mother tongue level
