As management assistant and office manager, you play a key role in our team and make a significant contribution to ensuring that day-to-day operations in our company run smoothly. In addition to supporting the management, you are also in charge of organizing internal and external events.

Your tasks in detail: You support the management with administrative and organizational tasks (scheduling, travel organization, correspondence). You ensure that everything runs smoothly in the office and take care of everything that concerns everyday office life, from office supplies management to communication with external service providers. You plan, organize and carry out internal and external events (e.g. team events, workshops, customer events or trade fairs abroad). You will also support our finance team if required. Requirements Completed training (e.g. apprenticeship or high school diploma) and initial professional experience. Ideally experience in organizing events. Confident use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organizational skills and high service orientation. Multitasking talent and the ability to set priorities. You are communicative, friendly and reliable. You are willing to spend about 20% of your time traveling. We assume that you are a native speaker of German and have very good written and spoken English skills.
