Responsibilities: Upsell and cross-sell new vendors and features towards existing customers. Prioritize and develop customer product/service requests. Deliver training to the customers on product functionalities and new features. Build long-term strategic cooperation with customers. Review customers’ portfolio and traffic to improve the services they have Solve customer needs in a proactive manner and search for development opportunities Attending industry events across Europe could be occasionally necessary. Coordinate with different departments to make sure customer expectations are met Permanently improve your knowledge about the Payments Industry and MoneyMatrix product. Requirements: Minimum 2 years’ experience within account management inside e-commerce or payments is desirable Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics or related fields is nice to have General knowledge about payments, the online industry, marketing, affiliates, customer service, payments, content, and development Excellent English written and oral communication skills Result-oriented and creative thinking Ability to multitask, working on own initiative whilst being part of a fun team Thrive in a social environment and know how to create positive and long-term relationships Attention to details.
