Development Team Lead
MediaTroopers Inc is a young and vibrant company that specializes in mobile design and digital marketing. We are a leading force in the USA for the online-gambling market. Our team is dedicated to build customized mobile tools and utilize our expertise to help our clients reach customers across innovative digital channels.
We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Development Team Lead to join our rapidly expanding team in Malta.
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor the development team, providing guidance, support, and training to team members.
Oversee the entire development lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and deployment.
Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Manage team performance, conducting quaterly reviews and providing constructive feedback.
Facilitate effective communication within the team and across departments to ensure smooth project execution.
Identify and resolve issues within the team, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards, maintaining high-quality codebases.
Stay updated with industry trends and technologies.
Prepare weekly reports to the CTO.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing development teams, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
Experience in the iGaming industry, with a deep understanding of product development in this sector.
Proficient in programming languages and technologies.
Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
