Your responsibilities:
Respond to incoming customer chats, emails, and phone calls promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with writers to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
Address customer complaints, provide effective solutions via chat and phone, and manage case follow-ups.
Handle payment-related issues, including processing refunds, resolving payment issues, and verifying user accounts.
Manage tasks within the CRM system to maintain organized and efficient workflows

We're looking for someone who:
Has a strong command of English (Upper-Intermediate level or higher) to communicate effectively with our clients across chats, calls, and emails.
Is a natural problem solver, ready to listen, understand, and resolve client issues with a positive attitude.
Is empathetic and personable, making clients feel valued and heard.
Is proactive and goal-oriented, always aiming to achieve more and lead by example.
