We are…
“All In”, a new casino-focused media brand created by Playmaker HQ and Better Collective, is looking for its founding lead producer who will drive all of All In’s media production at the outset, including producing and moderating remote live streams as well as shooting and producing premium video content on site from studio podcast formats to vlogs.
You are…
A professional Producer who has experience in the Casino industry, strong technical video production skills, and is prepared to oversee and be hands on for any and all parts of the production process. We are seeking someone adaptable and a bit of a jack of all trades who has the full suite of content production skills and is happy to use them as needed to create engaging Casino-focused content.
You Will…
Produce our Slot Squad live streams. (This will include technical set up and oversight, stream design, choosing tools, preparing the talent and managing distribution platforms, among other responsibilities).
Shoot and show-run premium video content from vlogs to video podcasts to branded content, using your knowledge to ensure we’re one step ahead of industry trends.
Oversee and manage the full production process from pre to post production. This will include pre-production as needed (ie ROS, call sheets, research).
Manage technical production.
Oversee and manage the final edits.
Ensure timely delivery of content.
Oversee brand, style, volume and overall production of social clips for All In media brands.
Develop strategies for integrating Casino gameplay and industry news into engaging media formats.
Job requirements
You Have…
3+ years of experience in the Casino industry and Casino games/activities.
1+ year of producing live streaming content on Twitch, Kick, Youtube, X/Twitter, or Meta.
Video editing software(s) (preferably Adobe Suite) skills.
A strong understanding of the technical side of video production, including lighting, color correction, audio, camera settings, models, and lenses.
Great communication skills, content organization, production prep and leadership skills.
The ability to travel as needed (expect 1-3 trips per month for content production).
Hosting experience is a plus.
Proximity to our New York office or South Florida is a plus.
