| What you will be doing: Work with their team to define and implement on-page and off-page content and seo strategies for each website under their supervision Day to day website management including: content writing, editing and uploading Keep an updated record of performing pages for for each website and communicate these to the relevant teams including the Outreach team Ensure that all content follows guidelines and is aligned with standards and guidelines provided by the Head of Publishing and the Head of SEO. Attend monthly meetings for all units assigned to them, and assist team members in creating slidedeck Actively participate in other training and development opportunities Regularly check our portfolio of websites to discover issues or areas for improvement in terms of content and seo and flag these to team members, offering assistance if required Use the SEO and Content tools provided to conduct website audits Monitor competitor websites in order to discover and fill content gaps, as well as gaps in relation to partners and technology Oversee the launch of new projects, websites and/or website languages with the aim of contributing to the diversification of our business Provide reports on content performance Who we are looking for: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Demonstrated passion for content writing Strong problem solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with content management systems Openness to, and desire for innovation Commitment to personal and professional growth and improvement Positive attitude and a growth mindset Great presentation skills Experience of working within the online gaming industry is considered an advantage Business Knowledge: Very good understanding of the organisation business model Great understanding of the market and the competition Flexible and adaptive mindset in order to meet internal requirements.
