Junior Affiliate Manager
Overview of the role:
We have an exciting new role within our digital media team for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our Affiliate Team.
You will be part of a global team of like-minded individuals who are all passionate about digital marketing and understanding what makes our customers tick.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You will be supporting our affiliate team to scale acquisition globally by sourcing new business opportunities in the affiliates space while keeping abreast of industry best practices.
We’re looking for someone who is great with people and enjoys building relationships. The role will necessitate working closely with our PokerStars tournament team, payments and finance teams, and wider digital team as well as our key affiliate partners. Managing the day-to-day communications with these stakeholders will be a key part of the role.
You will be at the forefront of the action as you play a key role in sourcing and onboarding new affiliate partners and opportunities across multiple markets to grow the PokerStars affiliate network.
This role follows a hybrid approach to working, allowing you to combine working from home with working in our modern offices. These discussions are between you and your manager to find the best pattern for you both, while recognising that quality time together is essential for keeping us mission-aligned.
Our office is in the heart of Saint Julian's business hub, housed on the 2nd floor of the eco-friendly Spinola Park building. Enjoy beach views from green terraces, relax in our games room with a pool table and ping pong, and savour complimentary snacks, drinks, and fruits.
What you’ll do:
You will be responsible for supporting our Affiliate Team to execute the regional affiliate strategy.
You will help our team to optimise and expand our affiliate network playing a key role in the day-to-day operations working alongside a fun and vibrant global team.
You will also help build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders and colleagues from other Marketing teams as well as external affiliate partners.
What you’ll bring:
You will be data driven with a keen eye for detail. We’re looking for someone with great interpersonal skills who loves to nurture and build strong relationships and share their successes. The ideal candidate will be ambitious and self-motivated with a strong sense of proactivity and ability to work to deadlines.
