Responsibilities:
Implement the HR strategy in alignment with the company's business goals.
Consult managers on personnel management, organizational structure, and culture development.
Work with HR analytics.
Work with the risk radar.
Develop and implement Succession Planning for critical positions.
Identify training needs.
Support change processes, such as reorganization or business scaling, etc.
Participate in recruitment and employee evaluation processes.
Organize and lead the HRPP team, supporting its professional development.
Manage HR projects.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
At least 4 years of experience in an HRBP/HR Lead/Deputy HRD/HRD role.
Mandatory experience working with IT companies (90+).
Experience working with HR analytics.
Change management experience.
Ability to work flexibly and provide business-oriented solutions.
High level of English (Upper-intermediate).
Experience in project management.
Experience with Jira/Confluence is a big plus.
Excellent interpersonal communication, leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to make business decisions based on data.
