What you will do:

Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation support:
Taking part in all stages of an end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud;
Business System processes, requirements, and gap analysis;
Functional solution testing in the business applications;
Improvements to existing business processes in Finance Systems or integrating new companies;
Creating and maintaining reports, and visualization of data;
Key- and End- users training, develop user guides;
Data migration process support.
Ongoing support of the Oracle Fusion Cloud and Finance Systems instances, and to all Paysafe Business Units for their daily/monthly operations in the Systems:
Support the functional and technical operability and requirements (security, audit, tax) for compliance of the Finance Systems;
Problem solving – analyzing system’s issues, identifying appropriate troubleshooting, implement solution or workaround, independently or with the assistance of the respective system’s vendors;
Provide innovative functional solutions to identified gaps in functionality based on business requirements and the general ability to troubleshoot standard Oracle bugs and issues;
Implement new business cases, change requests for functional enhancements and process optimizations, custom controls, and validations;
IT, Financial and Audit requirements support;
Dealing with Oracle Support and Customer Connect – log and maintain Oracle Service Request for discovered functional bugs and malfunctions, apply the offered solutions.
Key- and End- users training and support.
Take part in cross-functional integration projects with other Paysafe systems:
Collaboration with DEV, DBA, SA, ITI and Oracle support teams;
Finance projects support.
Business Systems analysis:
Perform business systems analysis of finance ideas and requests for Paysafe enhancements;
Develop documentation for: Application functional design, requirements specification, process workflows, test plans, scenarios for UAT, data migration;
Where required support the QA Team on any test activities.
 
To be successful you need to have:

Comprehensive expertise within Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle E-Business Suite R12, with focus on the Financials Applications
Major experience in full life-cycle implementations in a global company, in integration with core systems
Proficient in Oracle Financials and Procurement Applications: Payables, Receivables, General Ledger, Accounting Hub, E-Business Tax, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Purchasing, Advanced Collections
Background – University degree in Business Administration/Finance/Accounting with preferred IT industry domain-specific knowledge and experience
SQL knowledge is an advantage
Strong analytical skills
Confident communication across multiple teams and levels of the Organizational structure
Knowledge of the major finance, accounting, and compliance standards
Confidence, creativity, and independence in all stages of the implementation projects and tasks
Information technologies and system architectures understanding
Unconventional and inventive thinking in the path of a solution
Goal-oriented with high standards for quality and performance
Good English verbal and written communication skills
