The Role: As a CRM and Marketing Automation Manager, you'll be instrumental in driving our marketing communication programs for all Raketech products. Your primary focus will be supporting product teams to develop and execute their CRM strategies using our marketing automation software while supporting the integration of additional platforms to enhance our outreach and engagement. Your role will focus on the following five pillars: - CRM Management: Support managing and optimizing CRM systems, ensuring seamless functionality, and leveraging data insights to enhance communication effectiveness. - Automation Expertise: Implement and maintain marketing automation workflows, including email campaigns, lead nurturing, and customer segmentation to drive engagement and conversions. - Integration Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support onboarding new platforms and tools into our existing marketing automation software, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. - Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of CRM communications and marketing automation efforts, providing actionable insights for continual improvement. -* Training and Collaboration: Provide training and support to internal teams on the usage and best practices of the marketing automation As a CRM and Marketing Automation Manager you are expected to: Responsible for the overall and day to day management, maintenance and optimisation of Raketech’s Marketing Automation platform (Braze) and together with key stakeholders, shape the products’ overall CRM and Marketing Automation strategy. Guide, support, recommend and implement creative and data-driven Marketing Automation strategies and initiatives for Acquisition, Onboarding, Engagement and Retention across all channels (email, SMS, websites, blog, landing pages, lead forms etc.) to drive revenue growth across Raketech’s products. Support the ideation and execution of campaigns, and train internal stakeholders to become self-sufficient where possible. Oversee and ensure accurate segmentation & targeting logic, building dynamic content modules for scalability purposes. Enable personalization and dynamic content within journeys based on Product Teams’ goals and product vision. Provide feedback, training, guidance, and expertise to those working within other CRM (related) functions on business needs/requirements related to campaign development, technical integration, and best practice. Evaluate internal marketing technology platforms and bring on new tools and technologies to help us scale and gain momentum. Work with our Data team to actively help solve data challenges and ensure that the right attribution system is in place to understand and influence the path to conversion funnel for our campaigns. Own the Braze reporting, tying it to overarching company goals and KPIs. Work with other teams to leverage all available tools to transform data into actionable growth tactics for both acquisition and retention. Implement a “testing mindset” and analyze results to improve retention, customer satisfaction, conversion rate, and LTV. Act as the liaison between Raketech and our third party MarTech providers to ensure a good working relationship together with the most commercially viable contracts for the organisation. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field. Proven experience (5+ years) in developing and executing CRM communication strategies within a global or multi-national environment Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Braze) and CRM software. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a remote environment across diverse teams and cultures. Self-starter with the drive to make things happen. Detail-oriented with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing automation. Proficiency in English is required Experience leading a small CRM and marketing automation team is a plus. Preferably experienced in working in a remote, fast-paced environment. |
