Optival’s Business Development team is expanding to support our growth, and we’re looking for an Entry-Level Business Development professional to join us on this journey.

Your mission:
 
To drive business growth by building lasting client relationships, securing strategic partnerships, and leveraging data to identify and optimize opportunities. With a strong focus on proactivity and results, this role is pivotal in driving the company’s growth within the dynamic and competitive online gaming industry.
 
Areas of responsibility
 
Research and Acquisition: Pursue new partnerships with potential clients in the online gaming industry to drive growth.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partner relationships across key business areas.
Negotiation: Secure and renegotiate deals & terms using data-driven insights.
Optimization: Analyze and improve business performance to maximize ROI (return on investment)
Expanding Opportunities: Identify and develop additional revenue streams with existing partners.
Market Awareness: Monitor trends to uncover strategic opportunities.
Requirements
 
Professional:
 
High-level command of the English language
Bachelor degree or any higher education diploma
Strong analytical skills
Past experience in the Online Gaming Industry- An Advantage
Soft skills :
 
Excellent relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and be a team player at the same time
Ability to multi task and get things done
Great negotiation skills
