Job Description:
 
We are excited to be on the hunt for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Head of Social Media.
 
In this role, you will drive our Social Media presence on multiple platforms for an array of sites. You will be lead the strategy and deliver effective campaigns, increasing brand awareness and optimising revenues.
 
Responsibilities
 
Lead the development and execution of a commercially driven content strategy for iGaming brands across platforms like Kick, Twitch, YouTube, and short-form platforms such as Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
Build and implement live-streaming strategies to position iGaming streamers as trusted brand personalities.
Establish and manage brands across Kick, YouTube, Instagram etc.
Drive streamer partnerships through both acquisition and development of talents to create authentic, engaging branded content.
Leverage high-frequency content strategies on short video platforms to maximise brand awareness and drive traffic back to live-streaming platforms
 
Establishing different Types of Channels:
 
Personal Channels (associated streamer brands)
 
High-frequency communication channels (high-output, low-budget awareness campaigns)
Website/Brand Channels (dedicated gambling highlights and long-form content on channels for CoinPoker, Instant Casino etc.).
 
Leverage Content Types:
 
Shorts (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) for brand awareness
Streams (Kick, Twitch) for engagement and loyalty
Highlights & Mid-Form Content (tournaments, big wins).
 
Daily Tasks
 
Strategically plan and manage the content roadmap across all platforms, ensuring alignment with iGaming-specific goals.
Identify, recruit, and manage partnerships with streamers on platforms like Kick and Twitch, focusing on their growth and alignment with brands.
Test, scale, and optimise high frequency content strategies on short-form platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) to boost visibility and funnel traffic.
Monitor and analyse KPIs (viewer engagement, conversions, follower growth) to measure performance.
Work closely with regional managers and streamers to improve content quality and streamline production.
 
Strategy & Vision
 
Dominate live-streaming platforms (Kick, Twitch) and short-form video channels with a two-pronged strategy
 
1. Live-Streaming Dominance:
 
Acquire and develop streamers with high potential.
Build streamer-led personal brands as trusted faces of our iGaming content.
Focus on engaging live-stream content: bonus hunts, tournaments, and big wins.
 
2. Short-Form Content Saturation:
 
Drive brand awareness through high-frequency communication channels on TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.
Scale rapidly using low-budget, high-output content strategies.
 
Implement a structured channel approach:
 
Personal Channels for trusted streamer brands (focus on iGaming, slots, poker and lifestyle)
High-frequency communication channels for wide-scale visibility.
Website Channels for long-form, high-value highlights (also good for personal channels)
Focus on tailored Content Types: Shorts for visibility, streams for engagement, and mid-form highlights for additional reach.
Build step-by-step communities around streamers while fostering partnerships with small creators, growing together over time.
Continuously explore and leverage new opportunities on emerging platforms to maintain a competitive edge.
