Responsibilities:
Provide leadership, mentorship, and management to outreach and crowd specialists to meet performance objectives.
Cultivate a positive, collaborative, and results-oriented team environment.
Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for members of the link-building team.
Identify performance gaps and implement strategies to facilitate continuous improvement.
Create and execute effective link-building strategies explicitly tailored to the iGaming sector.
Prioritize high-impact opportunities based on current market trends and business requirements.
Develop and implement strategies to minimize link-building expenses without compromising the quality or effectiveness of backlinks.
Supervise link-building outputs to ensure conformity with SEO standards and guidelines.
Reduce errors in task execution, including GP building mistakes, crowd links, etc.
Allocate tasks according to team members' strengths and overall workload capacity.
Ensure tasks are completed promptly and accurately, adhering to deadlines without sacrificing quality.
Direct the team in identifying high-quality websites for link placements and guest posting opportunities.
Act as the principal point of contact for the SEO and content teams, ensuring alignment between link-building efforts and the organization's overarching goals.
Refine search methodologies to enhance the efficiency of data processing and filtering.
Regularly report to management on team performance, challenges encountered, and resultant outcomes.
Provide continuous training to team members on best practices for outreach and link-building.
Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to delineate roles, responsibilities, and quality benchmarks.

Requirements:
Expertise in planning, delegating, and tracking team tasks through project management tools such as Trello, Worksection, Asana, or Jira.
Capability to establish, monitor, and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the team.
Ability to review and refine team outputs for accuracy and compliance with established guidelines.
Experience in mentoring and upskilling team members to enhance overall performance.
Familiarity with key SEO metrics, including, Domain Rating (DR), Spam Score, AH Traffic, and niche relevance {….}.
Awareness of the impact of link building on overall SEO strategy and search engine rankings.
Ability to identify and evaluate high-quality website opportunities for placements.
Competence in processing large datasets while filtering out irrelevant or low-quality websites.
Demonstrated experience in link-building strategies within competitive niches, with a preference for the iGaming sector.
Comprehensive understanding of link-building techniques, including guest posting, broken link building, mainpages, and crowd.
Proficient in assessing backlink quality utilizing tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, and SimilarWeb.
Basic knowledge of Python for automating processes and analyzing large datasets would be an advantage - will be a plus.
