As Senior affiliate manager
We
expect:
Confident knowledge in the affiliate industry;
At least 2+ years of experience as an affiliate manager;
Strong communication and negotiation skills with unique and fresh strategies for approaching new leads;
English language proficiency at the Upper-Intermediate level or higher (must-have).
What
to do:
Attracting and retaining partners;
Active negotiation with existing partners;
Analysis of traffic sources and search for new ones;
Primary analysis of traffic payback;
Tracking and analysis of performance indicators for each partner: conversion rates, traffic quality and KPIs;
Attending international conferences.
