WHAT YOU’LL DO
Define and implement medium- and long-term product strategies in collaboration with top management.
Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and white-label partner capabilities.
Act as the primary point of contact with the white-label partner, ensuring seamless collaboration.
Oversee integration processes, including games, payment providers, and other third-party services.
Monitor partner performance and address technical or operational issues promptly.
Coordinate the implementation of new features and updates with the white-label partner to enhance user experience.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, operations) to align product strategies and initiatives.
Ensure clear documentation of processes, updates, and product configurations.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as user engagement, churn rates, and revenue growth.
Provide regular reports with actionable insights to improve the product and business outcomes.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
Minimum of 3 years of experience in iGaming industry.
Strong knowledge of Tier 1-2 markets and player behavior.
Deep understanding of the online casino ecosystem, including white-label solutions, game integrations, and payment systems.
Expertise in key casino performance metrics such as GGR, NGR, RTP, RR, LTV, bonus costs, and conversion rates.
Proven experience in managing and coordinating with external partners and vendors, particularly in white-label setups.
Ability to create and manage product roadmaps while aligning with business goals.
Familiarity with UI/UX principles to enhance player experience.
Analytical and forecasting skills to evaluate product metrics and drive data-driven decisions.
Experience working with retention and engagement metrics like ARPU, DAU, MAU, CRR, and Churn Rate.
Proficiency in coordinating cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, and operations.
