Job Description
Reporting to the chartered accountant, you will join the admin-finance team made up of 5 people (CFO, chartered accountant, customer accountant, supplier accountant and management controller). Rigorous and organized, you will occupy a versatile mission that will lead you to assist the supplier and customer accounting of the company in an international context.
As an accounting assistant, you will:
On the accounts payable side:
Participate in the recording of supplier invoices with our Pennylane accounting tool, after verifying the conformity of the invoice.
Enter the analytical allocation of invoices according to the defined cost nomenclature.
Make payment of supplier invoices in multiple currencies.
On the customer accounting section:
Participate in monthly customer invoicing
Assist the customer accountant in monitoring receivables and in recovery
Finally, in general accounting:
Contribute to the settlement of suspense accounts by collaborating regularly with other departments
Collaborate on monthly reporting tasks
Profile sought:
Minimum 2 years of experience desired in a firm or company in an equivalent position : ideally in an international context.
English read, written, spoken.
Know-how : ease with digital tools: Pennylane, Google suite, Dropbox, Skype communication tools, Excel, Word. Knowledge of Asana is a plus.
Organization and rigor : respect for the calendar and key deadlines in conjunction with the team
Interpersonal skills : you will be in regular contact with other departments of the company in order to carry out your missions.
