Optival’s Business team is looking for a Performance Account Manager to join our PPC team and support our continuous growth.

Your mission:
In this Entry level professional position, you will manage high-impact campaigns to maximize profitability while maintaining a healthy balance between performance and customer experience.
Areas of responsibility:
Utilize methodologies, analytics tools, and models employed by Optival to optimize performance and drive impactful results
Optimize performance and QS to bring our campaigns to our set KPI
Analyze and monitor the performance of your campaigns via Google Ads platform & Bing to drive marketing decisions based on KPIs
Respond quickly to changes in online marketing and adapt to capitalize on new opportunities and seasonality changes
Collaborate within a matrix team structure, working closely with the marketing and business development teams to optimize campaigns for maximum impact and efficiency
conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to find new niches and new potential industries
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma from a relevant course of study.
Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets statistics and data analysis.
Proficiency in conducting in-depth research, including keyword analysis and competitor benchmarking.
Ability to make informed decisions based on large data sets.
Excellent writing skills to craft compelling ad copy for campaigns.
Strong attention to detail, excellent organization skills.
Ability to perform multiple tasks in an organized and managed way
Basic knowledge of WordPress – Advantage
up to 1 years of experience managing PPC campaigns on Google Ads and/or Bing Ads – an advantage
