Your future responsibilities will include:
Conduct analysis of market trends and competitors, identify key trends to create advertising creatives, growth opportunities, and scaling potential.
Collaborate with product and user acquisition teams to ensure effective planning and execution of goals.
Implement and develop innovative and successful creative methods.
Evaluate the effectiveness of current creatives and develop strategies to improve results.
Experiment with various creative ideas and formats to find optimal strategies.
Manage a team of creative marketers after successfully completing the probation period.

Our ideal future producer has:
 
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Proficiency in key performance indicators of performance marketing.
Skills in conducting competitive analysis using market monitoring tools, with the ability to generate original concepts based on research findings.
Experience working with platforms such as Facebook / Snapchat / TikTok (will be a plus).
Effective communication skills for clearly formulating technical tasks for designers.
English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
Knowledge of Figma / Photoshop (will be a plus).
Innovative and data-driven thinking.
Proactive approach and results-oriented mindset.
Ability to propose new concepts to achieve optimal results.
