WHAT YOU’LL DO
Develop and implement a long-term strategy for product growth, focusing on meeting business and user needs and aligning with business objectives.
Identify and prioritize opportunities for new features, functionality, and user engagement to enhance product value, boost user retention and user value delivery.
Create and maintain a product development roadmap with clear milestones, objectives, key results, and success metrics.
Ensure regular tracking and reporting of KPIs to stakeholders, making data-backed adjustments as necessary.
Conduct in-depth data analysis to understand user behavior, conversion rates, product performance, and feedback to identify areas for improvement in the product's UX/UI.
Implement and track the impact of UX/UI changes, aiming to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
Conduct audits to identify potential conversion bottlenecks and propose actionable improvements.
Design, launch, and evaluate A/B tests to optimize user experience and maximize conversions.
Develop dashboards and reports to monitor key metrics and support strategic decision-making.
Foster a culture of experimentation by regularly testing new ideas, solutions, and processes.
Communicate results and insights effectively to stakeholders and team members, driving informed decision-making.
Act as a product owner, taking full responsibility for the product's success and ensuring alignment with business goals.
Proactively identify challenges, propose innovative solutions, and drive their implementation.
Develop and launch automated systems, such as bonus ranking systems, to enhance efficiency and revenue growth.
Continuously explore and implement tools and technologies to optimize product performance and scalability.
Work closely with SEO, development, and product teams to align efforts and achieve product objectives.
Prepare clear and detailed technical tasks for developers to ensure efficient implementation of product updates.
Collaborate with affiliate and performance marketing teams to identify and exploit new opportunities for brands/partners and user acquisition, and revenue growth
Manage the development of scoring systems for partners and brands, ensuring accurate evaluations based on defined parameters.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
 
Ability to work with large volumes of data (A/B testing, user behavior analysis).
Proficiency in creating dashboards and reports to support decision-making.
Ability to define clear technical tasks for developers.
Experience with analytics tools.
Understanding of SEO, SEM, SMM, and other marketing channels.
Knowledge of email marketing and push notification tools.
Understanding of the technical and content aspects of the product, including how and why they function.
Skill in identifying growth opportunities and addressing them effectively.
