Your future responsibilities will include:
Timely production of custom video creatives;
Maintain the quality of video creatives at the defined level;
Actively participate in Brainshtorm, Retro, and other activities aimed at improving the quality of creatives;
Optimization of video production processes and exploration of new tools;
Support the project and sound library;
Monitor and analyze competitors' video creatives
Skills that will help you excel at these tasks:
1+ year of experience as a Motion Designer;
Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Animate, Photoshop;
Understanding of composition and experience with color correction;
Experience with Adobe After Effects, Figma, and (AI) Runway (or any other AI tools) – will be a plus;
Experience with sound design;
Proactivity, self-organization, and attention to detail;
Experience working with marketing creatives – will be a plus.
