Description
This role involves leading Moonshot's network, ensuring growth, efficiency, and scalability. The responsibilities include managing a team, optimizing campaign performance across DSPs, and continuously improving monetization strategies. The position requires overseeing traffic quality, managing relationships with both publishers and advertisers, ensuring compliance with policies, and leveraging data-driven insights to enhance user acquisition. Close collaboration with product, tech, and marketing teams is essential. This role is responsible for both strategic planning and hands-on execution to drive success within the competitive in-app ecosystem.

Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in in-app performance marketing management, including user acquisition, ad monetization, and programmatic advertising.
Deep understanding of DSPs, MMPs (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust), and attribution models, with the ability to optimize campaigns based on CPI, LTV, and ROAS.
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience in performance marketing, traffic quality assessment, and fraud detection.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
Leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams, with a track record of scaling operations and driving business growth.
Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to negotiate and maintain partnerships with app owners, publishers, and technology providers.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; an MBA is an advantage.
Responsibilities
Capacity planning and optimization – Manage the supply and demand balance within the network, ensuring efficient allocation of traffic and inventory.
Scaling traffic sources – Identify and onboard high-quality traffic sources while maintaining performance standards.
Managing system load and efficiency – Work closely with tech teams to ensure the platform can handle increasing demand without compromising performance.
Overseeing traffic quality and fraud detection – Implement processes to analyze and filter out low-quality or fraudulent traffic, maintaining high campaign integrity.
Optimizing fill rates and eCPM – Ensure publishers maximize their revenue while advertisers achieve their desired campaign outcomes.
Managing relationships with both publishers and advertisers – Ensure smooth collaboration, maintain compliance with policies, and align on growth strategies.
Leveraging data-driven insights – Continuously analyze performance metrics to improve user acquisition, retention, and monetization.
Collaborating with product, tech, and marketing teams – Align efforts to refine targeting, enhance conversion rates, and maximize scalability.
