Job purpose:
 
Responsible for budgeting, deploying and testing new campaigns, and audiences, and being accountable for the performance of our paid marketing efforts in multiple countries. Primarily operating across paid social and PPC, you will be expected to schedule, create and analyse campaigns.
 
 
Accountabilities:
 
Implement and execute comprehensive paid marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives, target audiences, and market trends
Consistent optimisation and campaign structure updates to deliver continual improvement whilst ensuring cost efficiency
Identifying key opportunities and channels for investment based on insights and competitive analysis
Provide weekly reporting and measurement of campaign performance to stakeholders
Significant budget responsibility so must ensure planned spend is delivered within set budget and logged
Create lookalike and retargeting audiences for campaign use
Regular communication with the graphics resources to refresh content across all channels, for all formats and products to avoid repetitiveness and ad fatigue
General:
 
Ensure all campaigns and communications are creatively excellent and accurate
Understanding of gambling regulation and responsible gambling compliance ensuring campaigns abide by it which we can help you learn
Desired experience, skills and qualifications:
 
Demonstrable experience working within paid media
Direct experience with key platforms including Google Ads, Meta and X (Twitter) Ads
Knowledge of sporting industry as well as the betting industries to understand the motivations and behaviours of our customers
Understanding of data management and tracking, capable of quickly analysing campaigns and their performance from raw data
Organised and focused with the ability to hit deadlines whilst executing campaigns at pace to a high standard with meticulous attention to detail
