What functions does this role involve?
Full-cycle recruitment process: participating in each step of the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to extending job offers.
Managing the entire recruiting process in ATS: creating tasks, tracking progress, and collaborating with the team members during the recruitment process.
Working closely with Hiring Managers to understand their needs, discussing job requirements, and providing updates on the recruitment progress.
Verifying job descriptions for new vacancies: checking and updating job descriptions, and defining the channels for posting vacancies (job boards, social media platforms, and Boosta career page).
Direct search for specialists all over the world: proactively searching for candidates using various resources.
Organizing and conducting interviews: Pre-screens, Interviews with Hiring Managers.
Providing feedback about the candidate to the Hiring Manager: preparing feedback from Interviewers and providing an assessment of the candidate's strengths, weaknesses, and overall fit for the position.
Maintaining a pipeline of candidates in ATS: adding candidates’ CVs, interview feedback, and other relevant information.

What experience and soft skills are important?
At least 2 years of experience as a Recruiter in an IT company or recruiting agency (required).
Experience in both local and international hiring.
Full-cycle recruitment expertise, including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Boolean search, and alternative platforms.
Proven track record in closing complex positions.
Knowledge of search channels for IT and marketing specialists.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Experience with different interview techniques (STAR, PARLA).
English proficiency at the Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
Familiarity with recruiting metrics is a plus.
Strong desire to grow in the recruitment field and develop professional skills.
Organizational skills and a service-oriented mindset, striving to provide the best service for clients and candidates.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills that help build rapport with different people.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment both independently and as part of a team.
Diligent, responsible, attentive, and punctual in all tasks.
Assertive and proactive in communication and decision-making.
Results-oriented with a focus on achieving goals efficiently and effectively.
