As Junior International Accountant

Responsibilities:
Preparation and control of the primary documents for non-resident companies; systematization and administration of documentation taking into account the requirements of the jurisdictions.
Creation and processing of data for the accounting of non-resident companies; control of correctness of the bookkeeping of financial transactions in QuickBooks.
Collection of data for reports and provide it to accounting providers for submission to tax authorities and other authorities in specific jurisdictions.
Participation in the external annual audit; collect and submit to auditors all information in response to audit inquiries and substantive procedures.
Assistance in preparation of financial statements of foreign entities on a regular basis (monthly, quarterly, annually).
Ad hoc requests.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or other related fields.
Knowledge and experience with accounting software/ERP systems (1C, BAS, QuickBooks).
1+ years of experience in a similar practical experience with in-depth accounting knowledge, preferably in an IT industry environment (Big20 experience will be a plus).
Experience working with invoices (verification, search, creation, reconciliation with transactions).
MS Excel, Google Sheets at a high level.
English - Intermediate level.
Knowledge of international taxes (VAT, CIT) - will be a plus.
Team player with excellent interpersonal, solid written, and verbal communication skills.
Proactive, result-driven approach.
Detail-oriented and able to organize financial data.
Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and solve problems while maintaining flexibility.
Passion to learn new things and improve processes.
