Moonshot is seeking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our business development team and manage part of our world-wide online projects.
Requirements
2-4 years of experience in Business Development and outbound sales- MUST.
Spoken and written English proficiency– MUST.
Multitasker, knows how to prioritize, ability to go from fine attention to detail to looking at the big picture– MUST.
Availability to attend conferences around the world- MUST.
Excellent analytical and communication skills. proficiency in Microsoft Excel- MUST.
Experience and a strong will to work cross-functionally with other departments in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent relationship building skills.
Experience in managing large customer portfolios.
Great negotiation skills.
Confident, self-motivated and goal-oriented personality.
Globally minded and comfortable working in different time zones.
Experience leading projects/processes - advantage.
Experience working with affiliate networks - advantage.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - advantage.
Experience working with C level managers - advantage.
Experience working with a data visualization tool (Tableau) - advantage.
Responsibilities
Research, pursue, and develop new business relationships.
Manage an eight-figure annual invoiced revenue portfolio.
Manage day-to-day relationships with partners including from commercial, financial and marketing aspects.
Negotiate commercial terms while utilizing analytical data.
Advance and establish new opportunities with existing relationships and define revenue opportunities.
Lead internal interfaces and operations in order to deliver upon customer requirements.
Hands-on analysis to monitor site performance, and deriving necessary actions from the analysis.
