As Collection Manager
Description
As a Team Leader Collection Manager at Moonshot, you will be at the forefront of our strategic initiatives, leading a dynamic team to optimize collection processes and enhance operational efficiency. You will leverage your expertise in collections management to drive performance, foster team collaboration, and ensure compliance with industry regulations, all while maintaining a focus on achieving company goals and improving customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in collections, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of achieving collection targets and managing teams effectively.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools to track performance metrics
proficiency in Microsoft Excel- Must
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with team members and stakeholders.

In-depth knowledge of collections regulations and compliance requirements.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.- Advantage
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of collection specialists, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
Develop and implement collection strategies to maximize recovery rates and minimize delinquencies.
Monitor team performance metrics and take corrective actions as needed to meet collection targets.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies in all collection activities.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge regarding collection techniques and industry best practices.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall operational efficiency.
Prepare and present reports on collection performance to senior management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Quick Decision-Making, Situational Analysis, Risk Assessment, and Collection Risk Management.
Direct reporting to the company's CFO.
