The Role
 
As a Business Development Graduate, you’ll be an integral part of our commercial team, you will play an active role in prospecting, profiling and engaging with existing and new partners to drive revenue by taking a hands-on approach to delivering partnership growth and profitability. From day one, you’ll gain hands-on business development experience, take on meaningful responsibility, and make a tangible impact. This role is ideal for an ambitious individual with a proactive mindset and a drive to meet targets.
 
Key Responsibilities
 
Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
 
In partnership with the wider commercial team, you’ll collaborate with Account Managers to support the full sales funnel with a thorough understanding of individual pipelines.
 
You will use your analytical skills to provide regular reporting and analysis to ensure stakeholders are kept up to date with pipeline performance.
 
You’ll collaborate and gain exposure to all areas of the business through effective management of internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on key initiatives and goals.
 
You will use your natural curiosity to conduct thorough market research in order to identify new prospects and keep up to date with industry trends.
 
About You
 
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
 
A proactive self-starter with a drive for results
 
Strong communication and collaboration skills
 
Appetite to learn and develop your self
 
Proactive, curious and conscientious
 
Confident and able to work under pressure
 
Ability to juggle priorities and stay focused under pressure, with strong attention to detail.
