The Role
As a Graphic Design Graduate, you’ll be an integral part of our Creative team, you will play an active role in interpreting design briefs and conceptualising ideas that meet campaign objectives. From day one, you’ll gain hands-on design experience, take on meaningful responsibility, and make a tangible impact. This role is ideal for someone passionate about design and desire to grow their career..
Key Responsibilities
Create visually appealing static and motion graphics for various media, mainly focusing on digital and owned channels such as landing pages, paid media and CRM.
Collaborate with the wider design team to support UI/UX and product team projects, ensuring cohesive and high-quality design solutions.
Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all digital channels.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative concepts.
You’ll collaborate and gain exposure to all areas of the business through effective management of internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on key initiatives and goals.
You will use your natural curiosity to stay up to date with design trends and best practices in order to contribute fresh ideas.
About You
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or Digital Media (or similar qualification)
Willingness to learn and experiment with new design techniques and software
A proactive self-starter with a drive for results
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Ability to juggle priorities and stay focused under pressure, with strong attention to detail.
You thrive when working as part of a team
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
