What you will be doing:
Craft content that connects: Develop engaging narratives for Instagram, LinkedIn, newsletters, and our intranet, tailoring each piece to its audience and platform.
Foster engagement on SoMe: Monitor and manage interactions on Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms, responding to comments and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Handle inbound communication: Address inquiries and messages received via Gentoo Media’s website and other digital touchpoints.
Take creativity to the next level: Write articles, create video-based content, and explore new ways to tell Gentoo Media’s story.
Analyze and optimize: Use data and insights to refine content strategies, ensuring everything you produce delivers measurable results.
Collaborate and inspire: Work closely with teams across the company to uncover great stories and bring them to life, showing the world what makes Gentoo Media unique.
Keep us ahead of the curve: Monitor competitors and track brand awareness metrics to continuously refine and enhance our communications.
