The Role
Legend is hiring a Digital PR Manager, reporting directly to our Head of Digital PR.
Our Digital PR team has seen incredible success in North America and is now making waves in exciting new markets, including the UK, New Zealand, India, and South Africa. With even bigger growth plans on the horizon—expanding into Germany, Austria, and Italy—this is the perfect time to be part of something truly dynamic.
We’re looking for a passionate and strategic leader to drive our expansion efforts. In this role, you’ll lead a team of four talented Digital PR Specialists, each focused on building high-quality organic links in their respective markets. Your expertise will help shape the future of our international strategy, ensuring both consistency and impact across regions. Your Impact:
Lead and manage a team of 4 Digital PR Specialists, focusing on markets like The UK, New Zealand, India, and South Africa.
Support your team in executing digital PR campaigns and building links in these markets.
Drive experimentation, continuous improvement, and innovation within your team to ensure we stay ahead of the competition.
Collaborate with The Head of Digital PR on new market strategies and identifying what works in new counties for the department.
Collaborate with the SEO Specialists/Country Managers for each market to understand key priorities for their market and support through Digital PR activities where possible.
Maintain a positive culture within a high-performing, motivated, and enthusiastic team.
What You'll Bring:
Proven experience consistently building high-quality links through digital PR campaigns.
Proven experience in leading and developing a high-performing digital PR team, with the ability to upskill team members in technical and soft skills.
Experience working in regulated spaces, like gambling, and an understanding of the challenges faced in doing so.
A fearless attitude towards entering new markets and the ability to research and identify new opportunities in these spaces.
A genuine passion and enthusiasm for digital PR, media coverage, links, and their impact on SEO.
A positive, transformational leadership style that inspires excitement about Digital PR and team success. The ability to keep the team motivated during difficult periods.
The Interview Process:
1st: Initial Chat with Talent Partner (30 mins via Zoom)
2nd: Interview with our team, Head of Digital PR and Digital PR Manager (1 hour video via Zoom)
3rd: Take home task - you will be given 3-5 days to complete the task and send it back for us to review
4th: Final interview with our team, Global Head of Growth and Chief Gaming Officer (1 hour video via Zoom)
