Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Business Unit, you will join the Tech team and work in collaboration with the business teams in your market (SEO, Product, Market, Content, etc.) to improve the quality of the sports media for which you are responsible, such as www.solobasket.com , www.trivela.com.br , https://vringe.com/ or https://footballwhispers.com/ .
As a Tech Lead, you are responsible for the maintenance, development and improvement of your market's websites, as well as the various tools that ensure their proper functioning. With your team of 2 to 4 developers - mainly WordPress -, and a Product owner and SEO experts, you improve:
custom plugins, themes and features useful for media and business teams
importing data from other CMS and providers (API, SQL, use of WP CLI, etc.),
cache systems,
the web performance that you will have control over on your sites.
To successfully complete your missions:
🚀You will master Docker for managing development environments, as well as Bedrock and Composer for structuring WordPress projects.
🚀We rely on you to ensure continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) via Gitlab with your team. Your understanding of CI/CD pipelines will allow us to ensure automated and secure deployment of WordPress sites.
🚀To ensure site performance, you will have mastery of Redis for cache management and Cloudflare for performance and security optimization.
🚀You have a certain sensitivity to DevOps best practices: to the management of CI/CD pipelines, to the resolution of infrastructure issues in collaboration with dedicated teams.
🚀 You know how to organize and lead the team's agile rituals (sprint planning, daily, retrospective, etc.) and ensure the application of agile principles

The technical environment:
Proficiency in PHP / SQL
Proficiency in Symfony / Laravel / Joomla / WordPress (global logic, plugins & themes)
CICD : Bedrock / Docker / Docker swarm / Gitlab CI
Must known : Cloudfare / Redis

✅ Minimum 5 years of experience required in PHP, Symfony, Joomla, Laravel, WordPress : ideally on sites with business complexity.
✅ You are a true Team Leader! You have already managed a team of 2 to 4 people and you have a real managerial streak. You know how to give regular feedback to your teams.
✅ English: your written level allows you to communicate with (international) business teams
