WHAT YOU’LL DO
Adjust budgets and monitor deviations.
Expense record.
Form and maintain tables with the financial needs of the team.
Monitor the receipt of payments.
Search and test new payment solutions.
Provide payment solutions for the team.
Financial support and replenishment of Google Ads accounts.
Manage financial flows, including credit lines.
Close and open Google Ads accounts.
Purchase advertising accounts.
Register accounts in affiliate programs.
Register, monitor, and control the operation of services.
Manage domains and email services (purchasing/closing).
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
1+ years of experience in finance, budgeting, or financial control.
Understanding of basic financial accounting principles and expense control.
Ability to work with financial reports.
Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables).
Experience working with Google Ads accounts (opening, replenishing, closing) - will be a plus.
Knowledge of processes for registering and managing affiliate accounts - will be a plus.
Experience working with Jira, Airtable, and other tracking systems - will be a plus.
