Your responsibilities will be:
Expand the business through active participation in co-creating new products and collaborations that bring value to partners, users, and ensure revenue growth for the business together.
Expand into new client categories and budgets (we have a vision of where we want to go, and we expect leadership from you on how to achieve it).
Negotiate with partners—correspondence, online and offline meetings, participation in international conferences.
Work with existing sales funnels, products, and their optimization.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
Experience in iGaming as an almost mandatory requirement—creating new products and focus requires domain context. It’s “almost mandatory” because, if you don’t have official iGaming experience but demonstrate quick onboarding in the context, we may have a match.
Entrepreneurial mindset (constantly asking "What else can we do to generate revenue?", involvement in building a business to at least reach operational profitability—this is a big plus). We don't have a shortage of ideas, but there is a constant demand for people who can "roll up their sleeves" and help bring focus to the team to get things done.
Experience in launching B2B products and services with high value (launching new markets or directions is a significant plus).
A strong desire to dive into details, build Excel sheets with models of revenue and expenses to argue and validate hypotheses.
Strong negotiation skills and a win-win partnership mindset, with speed and proactivity.
Desire for a high pace, exploring the limits of possibilities and expanding them through results that have an impact.
Business education with a focus on leadership (Pre-MBA, MBA, strategic management—is a plus).
Spoken English at B2 level or higher.
