Join our dynamic team as the Head of Operations, where you will play a pivotal role in driving our operational strategy. This high-energy position is perfect for someone with strong leadership, excellent managerial skills and eager to make a significant impact on the productivity of our group. We're looking for a leader to manage our Cameroonian operations and always represent the senior management appropriately.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop a strong company culture that encourages outstanding performance and high dedication.
Manage day-to-day operations of all departments and ensure business continuity.
Mentor and motivate the on-site departmental managers and teams to achieve productivity goals.
Enforcing the implementation of the company policies and procedures.
Maintaining strong communication and cooperation with the Head of Departments by providing daily updates and ensuring weekly meetings.
Align with the Senior management to ensure the execution of their operational strategies.
To complete daily, weekly, and monthly detailed reports to the CEO, COO and other Senior managers members as may be required.
Overseeing the network connectivity and tackling any IT infrastructure requirements.
Requirements And Skills:
3+ years’ proven experience in the operations management field involving the management of 50+ employees.
Strong leadership skills combined with flexibility and dedication.
Loyal and committed to over-achieve management targets.
Outstanding communication skills and fluent in both French and English. (written and verbal)
Structured, well organized and able to meet deadlines.
Igaming experience is a plus.
