As Head of HRBP
job description
Responsibilities:
Manage the HRBP team (develop the HRBP team and coordinate their work).
Identification, analysis, and satisfaction of business needs (HR audit).
Development and management of the HR Business Partnering function in accordance with the business strategies of the business unit and Boosta (building an HRBP model, adapting it to business needs, and focusing on implementing HR tools that support the business goals of the business unit and the company).
Interact with business units, ensuring their HR needs, promoting effective work, and achieving goals.
Participate in the restructuring of Boosta and BU (making business transformations less painful and more effective).
Implementation and improvement of HR processes to increase the effectiveness of HR metrics.
Using HR analytics for decision-making, implementing a data-driven approach in HR.
Interaction with top management and heads of business areas on strategic HR initiatives.
Implementation and development of HR solutions at the project level and implementation of best HR practices.
Coordinate and facilitate talent management activities in BUs (be the owner of these tools:: 9Box, Risk Radar).
Maintain HR Community Boosta and partners.
Requirements:
5 + years of experience as Head of HR/HRD/Head of HRBP in a company with over 500 employees.
Experience working with investment funds.
Ability to work with business queries and adapt HR tools to project needs.
Deep expertise in various HR processes and processes.
Strong analytical skills, experience working with HR data and using analytics to make decisions.
Experience in developing and implementing HR strategy.
Ability to defend one's position with arguments, and work with different levels of management.
Deep understanding of business needs and processes.
Change Management (Strong change management skills and development of action plans—here practical experience is required).
High level of communication skills and customer orientation in working with internal customers.
Upper-intermediate level of English.
